So I have been getting calls from this number for WEEKS, I pick up and nobody says anything. Finally this morning, I pick up and I dont say anything and it transfers me to someone. Come to find out that its a CA called RPM. I sent them my dispute letters over a week ago! I told the lady she is in Violation of the FDCPA by calling me. What do I do now? Send a letter CM to them stating that they violated, or go straight to the FTC? |

Do you have caller ID? Does it show the phone # and date? If so, TAKE A PICTURE of it. What did the lady say? No, you don't need to do anything just yet.....let's see what else they do. Each violation is up to 1K a pop. That is good leverage for getting a delete. |

I found the perfect letter and sent it to them certified mail stating that they were in serious violation. I just couldnt hold off, I was so steamed. We'll see where it leads. I really like fighting with them, I hope it will make the grass a little greener in a few months for me ![]() Thanks Trish! |
