It could mean anything. 79% of all credit reports have errors on them. The credit reporting agencies report inaccurate, erroneous, duplicate information all the time and they don't care. Unfortunately, it's up to us to make sure we correct them.
Dispute all of the accounts with each CRA that is reporting them.
