are these brand new? I have sent within last month or so and Transunion's was po box 2000 and Experian po box 9556 ? |

You can sign whatever you send to the CRA's. It is recommended to not sign anything you give to a collection agency. Witholding your signature to CA's is because they can sometimes be extremely shady and some of them are not above cutting your sig off of a letter you send them and putting it on a contract to pay and photocopying it. I'm reasonably certain that TransUnion, Experian or equifax won't do something like this |
