No, they have been around for a while........but depending on what area of the country you are in, you may have a different address on your CR. There are several different addresses and PO boxes. It doesn't really matter which one you use......they should all get there just fine.

Should I sign the dispute tha I send to the CRA?

You can sign whatever you send to the CRA's. It is recommended to not sign anything you give to a collection agency.

Witholding your signature to CA's is because they can sometimes be extremely shady and some of them are not above cutting your sig off of a letter you send them and putting it on a contract to pay and photocopying it. I'm reasonably certain that TransUnion, Experian or equifax won't do something like this
