I thought I had posted this somewhere but if I did I can't find it. :huh: This site lets you know the tape recording laws for each state "Can We Tape?" *note that if it states that only ONE party needs to know of a recording, that means that YOU can be the one party... in other words, you don't have to inform the other person they are being recorded. :cool: |
