What do discharge papers show?

Hi all. I am having a "fight" of sorts with my university right now. They are asking for my discharge papers (which I don't even know if I will get) to release my financial aid. They are telling me the discharge papers will show that my loans were or were not discharge. Which is all they want to know. They are refusing to speak with my lawyer or the trustee. so I dont know what to do say to them. So i wanted to ask you guys what do your discharge papers look like

It shows the discharge date,if they want info at this time they have to go through the trustee because it's still in the courts hands.Even you can't do anything until the discharge date.It's an ongoing court case and the judge and trustee have the files.I don't know what part of that the school understands,have them check with their legal department.

Your sch f would show what is going to be discharged on that debt.Your lawyer should have a copy that he should give to you.By the way after the discharged don't expect much help from him/her if some one tries to collect on a debt listed with them.So get a few copies of the discharge papers to send if they do.That way you can take them back to bk court for sanctions and fines!
