 2 of the 3 credit reporting agys dropped CH13
How come the CH13 is still listed w/one agy? Original file date: 5/2001 Disposition reason K/DISMSD-CLSD CH13 Current Disposition date 20/06/03 When will it dropped off with this agy? How come it's dropped off the other 2 agyies reporting? Is there a way to get this last agy to dropped it off their reporting radar too?  |

You should dispute that as obsolete. In Nevada the SOL for a judgment is 6 years. Reporting SOL is 7 years......so if it is from 2001 is should be off of there by now. Just dispute it stating that it is too old to be on file. |
