Default Lexington Law - Removing a Bankruptcy

How can laws firms get better results than credit repair firms if they use the same methods...or do they use the same methods? Please help. I found Lexington Law and I was wondering if they are a full fledged law firm or just a credit repair company in disguise as a law firm.

What do you think about companies that claim they can get bk's removed before 7 years?

Lexington Law is a real law firm. They have 22 attorneys in 16 states.

A credit repair firm can basically do the same thing, just as a citizen can do the same thing as a lawyer, IF she has the knowledge.

Credit repair companies remove hundreds, maybe thousands of bankruptcies everyday.

Chane i had a guy say for $500 upfront he could have my bk removed, now my understanding is if Lex doesn't remove if they don't charge you.You still pay a fee to go with them.I do know they have good results.I mean let's face it we can't get everything off,we do lose some battles! Also where is my party for over 500 posts and not banned yet.

Congratulations on the 500 posts! :D

Lexington Law doesn't charge per item removed. They charge a monthly fee and you can cancel anytime. So, the less you have to dispute the cheaper it will be.

No one can ever guarantee results though. Some peoples credit reports are just easier to deal with then others. And it also seems like some people are just luckier than others, for whatever reason.
