Thanks for sharing - that helps. I never really thought of Dell actually, but that is a good way for many to start re-building again and I did just notice them on the list Trish posted.

I want to add to my above posts and cards I did end up receiving and forgot to post!

Lowe's - $1100 credit
JCPenney - $500 credit
Wal-mart - $600 credit
and Home Depot like I had mentioned, received $500 credit

So, as FYI - again, it was 6 years after bk - and scores around 600 range & in fact I think mine was lower when receiving Wal-mart card / was accepted on-line. My husband's credit was higher and he was denied, so sometimes you just never know I guess.

Your husband's inquiries may have been higher than yours, which could be why he was denied and you were not. I was thinking of applying for a Lowe's or home depot card but I don't want both. I am thinking of getting rid of the Target card because it takes them forever to raise the CL and I don't shop there as much as I used to.
