Putting aside their obvious financial irresponsiblities, what can they do? I'm guessing that Chapter 7 is not an option. Would they have to file a different chapter? i need some tips or advice I can pass along in the event they show up at my front door looking for a place to live. :eek: |
chap 13 is an option biting the bullet is another option,this is gopng to be a life long problem for tnem.Been they done that.until they prove they can stop.Someone going to have to take over for them!!!!!!!!!
