Default Credit Limit / High Credit not reported/deleted

Hello,

After reviewing my credit a year or so ago I've noticed that Citi is not reporting credit limit for the cc I have with them. High credit was reported correctly. Unknowingly of what "high credit" actually means and how it is used I requested investigation stating that credit limit is not reported and high credit is incorrect. As the result, high credit amount was deleted and credit limit is still not updated. Now I'm stuck, I have a pretty high balance on that card which I can't pay off and because reported credit limit/high credit is 0 available credit ratio if negatively impacting the score.

I asked Citi multiple times to at least report high credit again but they sent me letters with excuses of why they can't. I disputed account information with CRAs but still no success.

What can I do now? Should I just drive the balance to the amount I know was higher than the highest credit and hope they will report it? Paying it off is unfortunately not an option.

Thanks for your help.

-Leon
