Default is NCO FIN /99 a collection agency or OC
i have 3 listings on my report with NCO FIN /99 as the entity i "owe". these debts relate to nationwide auto insurance policies but, i dont see nationwide as the OC listed in my file at all...

does that mean NCO IS the OC or did Nationwide just not report and sell the debt to NCO FIN
