It is true, they are good about sending you those "previously investigated" letters. In other words they are saying "I don't want to waste my time with you if I've already done it before." However, by law, they MUST honor your disputes and there is not a law that limits how many disputes you can send. If you can carefully and artistically format a customized dispute letter that throws the law in their face, they will act with a sense of urgency.
