Yes

I have read that CS can be reported for 10 years once it is fulfilled/paid off.
There is some controversy as to how it should be reported. Some say installment account and others say it should be under public records.

No Not yet but will writeing the letter sunday and get it mailed monday

I say dispute it. It should not be listed as an open account.....and the dates are a bit confusing (DOLA from 2006 but you paid this month? Doesn't make sense) and may be reporting inaccurately.

I would start off by disputing it like......"I have no knowledge or records of this account".... and see what happens. If it still gets verified, then try disputing it for more specific reasons (not an open acct, DOLA incorrect).
