To all of you specialists..... How do I handle this without screwing this up?
We have never had any contact with these guys and have never recieved anything in the mail. They have not found us as of yet, but I bet they will eventually. I believe this is for a rather large debt from our housing crunch. Unfortunatley we do not qualify for BK.
I will hire an attorney to fight this A-hole. What grounds for dismissal do I have?
