The fact of the matter is most people on this forum have had some financial difficulties otherwise they would not be here. I think my question was quite clear. Simple answers without the senseless ramblings would be great. Again HOW SHOULD I PROCEED WHEN ALL OF MY DEROG ACCOUNTS ARE WITHIN THE STATUE OF LIMITATIONS??? I believe this is a very simple question. Thank you again, I think?
No shouting please. If you want a simple answer pay them, then they'll be marked as paid.If the oc still has them try to settle with them.If the ca has them try to pfd.You got answers of what would happen if you waited out the sol.Try disputing them, not all people who file bk are morons,if you ever had a long stay in the hospital see if you can pay that obligation.i gave you the answer to what was the risk if you tried to fix when its still under sol, thats what you asked.Maybe you didn't like the answer.I know i got the same answer from credit experts when i asked the same questions. Its not confusing nor is it rambling.:mad:
