 Questions about statue of limitations?
Hello, I'm new to the forum and have been reading for days. Thank you all for the great info! Heres the questions. The Statue of limitations in Florida where I live is 5 years. All of my bad credit is recent. Should I sit back and wait for 5 years before I do anything? And if I do that, I may as well wait the full 7 years I guess? What are the risks involved with trying to fix my credit when the accounts are within the SOL? Thank you in advance for any help.:confused:
