 trying to remove inquiries
Okay I sent a hand written letter to TU on trying to remove some of these Inquires like 6 of them that I didnt even know was on there. I got a letter in the mail today stating....
credit information may be requested oly for the following permissible purposes: .............. your written authorization may not be required to constitute permissible purpose.....
Really they can say that.... or written authorization may not be required... I thought it was required for everything.
Then it goes on to say if I beleive these was made with out permissible purose then you may with to contact the creditor directly, in writing, regarind its purpose. Please not that your specific consent to release of your credit information is not necessary for a permissible purpose to exist. ........
What the hell.... Should I just write them again and again until they finally delete them?
