2nd letter I need. I keep getting a letter from a CA trying to collect on a debt that is not on my CR. I think it was from 2000. Ive never heard of the CA either. Im not even sure of the OC. I dont want to send the wrong person the letter & wake up something bad. Who & what letter do I send in this situation? Thank you. Still no word from the courts about their verification process. Idiots!! |
On #2 it's from 2001 and sol.I'd send them a foad letter.Or a c&d letter.
