OK, so I had a broken leg 2 years ago and am still in a law suit with the bar. The hospital and surgeons would not work with my attorney and sign a lien against the case to wait for pmt. They sent me to collections for $32,000 instead. I have 4 collections.... When I settle or win in court, they will get paid. Until then, they have tanked my score and I want to buy a house.
So how do I get these fools off of my credit in the mean time? Will the 1-2 punch work on them? Do they have to validate certain things they may not be able to? I was extremely high on morphine when they had me sign the paper work at the hospital.....
