There's one other thing to consider is on the credit card agreement sometimes it will say what state law they go by and cap 1 is utah which i believe is 3 years but not sure if you call them and ask they might tell you which law they go by.Now Trish might know and i hope she checks in.She is really the pro here,so just hang in and check with her also,she should check in pretty soon.
