okay so better don't be added as AU just wait and see what happens with the dispute......just worried they will sue since i know the SOL for both states but don't know which applies....ugh I am just worried! I have the dates as stated but it is still a while until they fall off and that's definite the SOL thing is not and it's just confusing!....BofA and Cap1 are big ones that's what worries me and therefor that the dispute was senseless and just stirred stuff up.......
