I was afraid people judge me I could imagine some people still do but thank you to the ones that don't!!!!
1. no I do not need credit right now but everything is in my husbands name...two cars, the house and two CC and the debt to income is growing....I just wish I could lift some of his shoulders!
2.Ok then I will wait but did I not wake them already (unfortnately by disputing?) online or will they not find me because they do not have my address? I wasn't able to say I have never lived at the FL address because this is the only one I ever had on any CR.
3.I thought they could also sue me in the state I live now (TN with an SOL of 6yrs)....although they do not really know when I left FL......btw no judgment on the CR
