Ok...yes, it is a bit confusing.

Let's start with the judgments.....
You sent a dispute and the 2 judgments that are reporting were verified, correct?
Then yes, now you need to send the CRAs the PR letter in the guide to disputing judgments thread. While you are waiting on those results, keep trying to get a decent answer from the courts.
You really need to try and get them to admit that they do not report to the CRAs.........and if they say that they don't verify.......even better.


Now for the medical accts. Ok those came back verified too? Did you use a regular dispute letter? or did you use the medical dispute letter from the HIPAA thread?
If not, you should do that. Start with the medical dispute letter. I would not deal or correspond with the CA AT ALL.

BUT you should really only be sending out one letter at a time.... Do the PR letter first for the judgments. Then once you get a response on that letter.......then move on to the medical.

Did you file FTC complaints on the accts that were never even addressed?
