Here's a tip. In order to thwart the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software the bureaus use, when you prepare your dispute letter you can either:
1. Handwrite the letter (make sure it's legible)
2. Vary the font sizes, styles, colors, and italicize a line here and there. The idea is force a live human being to read the letter.
