Well crap, I just got off the phone with Honda and because my atty didn't file a "reaffirmation" for the Honda they legally can not report anything after the bankruptcy was filed. So now the three years after the bk was filed and discharged doesn't count on my credit report. THAT really sucks. She said they HAVE to make a remark stating that there was a bk and stop reporting at that time due to bk laws. She said that they are not reporting it to the CRA's as derogatory... How do I proceed with this one? Do I fight it with the CRA and try to have them change the derogatory? THIS SUCKS!!!!! |
:confused: So the Honda acct IS an IIB acct? I just want to make sure I'm understanding. If it is being reported as IIB OR as a CO......it's a derogatory. She is incorrect.
