Ok in all fairness I'm going to make this easy,because people like us don't understand their training process at the cra's.Imagine a large room with hundreds of workstations,and troops and troops of baboons in front of a scanner,scanning hundreds of doc.In the middle of the room is one large tower manned by a rather large red ass baboon screeching instructions over a megaphone.So thats how its done.Good Morning everyone
