Phoned transunion and spoke with "Sam" about my investigation and whom they contacted (name date etc.) regaurding my dispute,he stated it was done automated like all disputes, but he kindly gave me the number to FTC without me raising hell or even asking, I found this kinda weird but again I am new to this and have never done this, why would he have given me the number to the FTC is what I want to know?
