I wish I knew the secrets to that as well.
I have had NO LUCK at all getting any companies to bring their APRs down. I have tried negotiating interest rates with several different CC companies.......even threatened to close the acct.
My worst one is Chevron........it's at like 29% interest. :eek:
Would like to hear if anyone out there has had luck with this.
