What I'm am saying is that from reading some of the posts the hope is that the CRA will be unable to verify 30 days. I would think that with so many people disputing so many things that the CRA would be so overwhelmed that they miss the deadline.

I appreciate the info you provide here. I've heard folks who have paid thousands of dollars to "repair their credit reports". I've never understood that especially when you can do it from $99.99 to $39.95 a month. I guess those folks aren't aware of sites like this one.
What they hope for is a quick fix,when they pay to have it done,like trying to find that loan for there house in a hurry.Like in any business there's a lot of scammers that will take the money and run.Credit repair is a time consuming project,and all of us here has had horrible credit.Imagine in this day and age not being able to get a credit card to rent a car, book a flight,book a room.So it is a major concern,but the fdcpa,tila were passed you had no recourse to defend your self against creditors who had an ax to grind,Didn't mean to sound harsh with you,but it did strike me wrong.
