From reading this site it appears that some of the advice attempts the same thing "remove a credit file" . For most it is a legitimate blight against their credit history, yet, they are paying credit repair companies to possibly remove these items through a loophole in the law. Either way it is better to pay for a guaranteed result than an uncertain one.
I don't want to argue legalities or morality here. This is America. If there is a demand then there is someone willing to supply. Whether it be SSN's, alcohol(underage), green cards, drugs , weapons, laws, new identities, sex, electronics, cheap labor, credit repair, second chances etc. If there is a will there is a way. That's the way the free market system works(legally or illegally);morally or immorally). :2thumbsup:
