yeah, all places are good at giving the run around. I would give them what they need (at least they responded I guess:confused
with a time frame on resolving the matter.
I've heard student loans can be difficult, but I don't have any experience on that one.
I'm not having much luck with goodwill letters at all lately, they all backfire or make it worse! Or it is their regulation to report it...blah, blah.
Great news on getting a baddie taken off a few reports, that should help - one step at a time (or 1/2 step sometimes) we'll get there! :D
