Did you dispute this after you got the letter from HSBC? Was it ever removed and then reinserted? I was thinking this just popped up on your CR (or was that just the LVNV acct) but I'm a little foggy this morning. |

Okay, so the situation is: I just got my info from identity guard, which updates me anytime something is added to my file. It told me that there has been a new account placed on my Experian CR from HSBC and LVNV for the same account.
I looked in my saved received info today and found a letter from HSBC from Sept 2008 in regards to this account, that states that as of the date, HSBC will no longer report it to the CRA’s.
no it was never removed. it has been removed from maybe one CRA on my husbands record.
