Well, definitely dispute it if it is reporting incorrectly......by the sounds of it, they are way off.
Have you ever pulled your Lexis Nexis file? This maybe where the CRAs are getting their erroneous info.
I would challenge it like a judgment and use the letters in the disputing judgments thread. It's a public record and very doubtful that they got the information from the courts.
