You should try calling them and asking if they will consider removing the late notations. Keep in mind if you just speak to a regular CSR, they may not have the power to change this and will just automatically tell you no. If so.....ask to speak to a manager/supervisor......if they still say no, ask to speak to someone with the authority to change it (because there is someone that can). If you still have no luck, try writing a gw letter. |
