Default Response Letter I recived

So i got a letter(s) from the car loan people i sent for there failure to notify me or resale and this is what i got.

First letter

This letter is being written in response to your correspondence received April 29, 2009, in which you are requesting validation of debt on the above referenced account. Enclosed are the following items you requested:L

1. Retail installment Contract and security agreement
2. Notice of our plan to sell (which i never received)
3. Explanation of calculation of surplus or deficiency

Please review the enclosed documents that are validation this debt and contact me within 14 days from receipt of this validation, or your dispute will be considered resolved.

Respectfully,

xxxxxxxxxx

Date of Notice: 11/24/2008 Notice of our plans to sell vehicle

we have your vehicle, bearing the VIN #xxxxxxxxxxxxx, because you broke promises on our agreement.

we will sell your Vehicle at a private sale sometime after 12/15/2008.

the money that we get from the sale will reduce the amount you owe.

you can get the vehicle back at anytime before we sell it by paying us the full ampunt you owe, including our expenses. To learn the exact amount you must pay, call us at 800-342-9252

and then it just says some generic stuff. My question is what do i do next? what letters do i send now because i didn't send a validation of debt letter and i never received at letters of plan to sell.
