If the high balance is correct, then you may need to dispute for a different reason if you are trying to get it removed.
The crap1 is the one that I'm curious about. I would think it's reporting incorrectly because you can't have "payment after collection" when it's an IIB account.
How many times have you disputed the Crap1 acct?
