In some states, yes. Unfortunately California is one of those that does not require a license or bond.

BUT like I was telling Maygen, she should check into the CA.......since they are out of state (depending on their laws) they may have to be licensed in their own state.
If I am contacted by a CA......that's one of the first things I check is if they are licensed and/or bonded.
