Hopefully they will tell you they don't and you can send in THAT letter to the CRAs and have them delete the BK (that's the theory anyway).

I think you'll find that some yahoo has to go in to verify in person.That's what they told me when i called.So who knows who it would be suppose the person that does it knows you and doesn't like you he could say yeah so/so has a bk.
