The WAMU one is probably out of collection SOL.....so you should just dispute it and see if it will fall off that way......or you could even do a 1 2 punch.
The date open is just referring to the date that CA acquired the debt.
I really don't see any errors in the way those are being reported... You can still go ahead and dispute them though. Just say you have no knowledge or records. If the Electric Bill comes back verified, you should try a PFD with them. They might actually work with you. Especially on such a small amount.
And for the others........from 2004......that makes them 5 years old.......do you know what the collection SOL for your state is? So if they are out of SOL, you can't be sued for them.......that's a good thing.
