I would just start off with a basic dispute letter stating the account is obsolete for the 2001 account. Then dispute the inaccuracies in the 2003 accts.
You really don't need to put the legal lingo in a dispute to the CRAs......they are pretty much clueless of the laws anyway.
If it comes down to it, then your second letter can be a bit more aggressive.......along with a possible complaint depending on the outcome of the investigation.
Just be sure and handwrite it and send it CM (not RR)
