now if this isn't an attempt to start the process of collecting a debt than what is.
They also sent a letter if i wanted to claim it was a fraudulent application so they are trying to screw me over plus they signed the letter.
No i did not pay them Last payment was may of 2007,charged off inI may paid afs in june 2007.I have paper work from a third party that i paid both wama and afs so wama cannot claim late payments
