I disputed it a year ago not knowing about this site. Its for 2 judgements from 2002 & a medical bill. I know they didnt verify it. What should I do now. They responded w/in 30 days. |
You now have to dispute it with the creditor.Remember the credit bureaus ex/eq/tu only report was is given to them.So if you tell ex it's not yours,they e-oscar the creditor and ask is this him?They send back name address ss#.So ex says ah so its him.So for now your dispute is over.
