If "CA are fraud", you don't need to send them copies or proof of anything.......you report them and file complaints for being "fraud" or collecting on a debt they are not allowed to (I'm assuming this is what you mean by fraud). That's breaking the law.
And of course some CA's don't removed accts from your CR.......that's the norm. Disputing them with the CRAs doesn't get them deleted that easy. You will be lucky if that's all it took...

Well whether its confusing to you or not...it doesn't matter i am just telling the way i went through when CA contacted me and i was able to remove the charges.
