You should dispute this with the CRAs. If it comes back verified, then you may have to deal directly with the CA to try and get it removed (hopefully it won't come down to that). |
When you say do not pay CA what you mean....According to my knowledge when the account goes to CA, they are entitled to get the money from the concerned person. At that time no heathcare agency is involved because account is bought by CA. If the charges are on your credit report then you have the right to ask CA for the proof and they will give you that. If they cannot then either they are fraud or they don't have a back up document to support the charges then automatically when you dispute with CRA the charges are removed.
