Are you sure it's listing the DOLA as 2006 (this is the OC right?)? If you stopped paying on it in 2001......then that's illegal for them to report it that way.......and if so you should dispute it.
As for the judgment......were you properly served? Are you currently paying on it (and can they garnish wages in your state)?
