Had a strange thing happen today. I called transunion and asked if they could give me the FCRA complaince date for this TL. They told me that there was no tradeline with that name on my report. This is the same one that i just recieved validation from the CA yesterday. They did validate within 30 days, so i am not sure if they took it off for some reason or what. They are sending me a new report as they had the wrong address and updated it for me, so I guess when it arrives I will see if it is actually still there. But for now its good news!!!
* This was really my first response from a dispute since I just started last week. So when you dispute with a CRA the CA sent me the info and a copy of the original bill from the OC, is this how it usually works?
