I am writing to see what your procedure is, if any, when verifying records with credit reporting agencies.
If you could send me a letter in the self addressed, stamped envelope that I have provided with what your procedures are, I would greatly appreciate it.

Well, I sent the letter to the BK Court, almost exactly like you stated above, with a self addressed stamped envelope. They returned the letter, with a hand written note at the bottom:
"Please note, you must contact the credit agencies for this request."
Uuummmmmm.............what? I'm getting nowhere with them, after they ignored the first letter, now this. It's becoming obvious they don't wish to cooperate, because I can't believe they're that clueless about what I was requesting.
I guess I'll have to send them another letter making it perfectly clear exactly what I'm asking for from them, with an example response. Perhaps that will help.
