By any chance did you pay by check? If so, I would put a stop payment on it NOW. Then send them a DV letter.

And yes, I have had to deal with A-hole CAs too. They are scum.....and you should never have to put up with crap like that. :mad:
Let me know if you can get your money back.....depending on that will make a difference on what you can do and how much leverage you have.
