Did you send a self addressed stamped envelope? Try that. I sent my letter last Tuesday and I received a reply on Friday. I didn't expect it that fast.
Here is the letter I used:
To whom it may concern:
I am writing to see what your procedure is, if any, when verifying records with credit reporting agencies.
If you could send me a letter in the self addressed, stamped envelope that I have provided with what your procedures are, I would greatly appreciate it.
