I heard back from Transunion and they said they verified my information, but they never said what the source was. I wrote to the court house that the bankruptcy came from asking them what there policy was when dealing with Credit Agencies and I received a certified letter stating that they do not deal or provide and information to any credit agency. I wrote up a new letter asking them to provide there source of information and I included the letter I received from the Bankruptcy court.

Time will tell to see what they say / do.

I just mailed out my letters to Equifax and Experian this afternoon.

I have learned a lot from this site and other sources and have removed unnecessary information from my credit reports.

That is why I am doing it myself and not paying Lexington Law or any other law firm. If the bankruptcy can't be removed, oh well. It will be gone in another 2 years.
